The East Valley Regional Homeownership Opportunity program (HOP) provides help to low- and moderate-income individuals and families who want to purchase their first home in selected East San Fernando Valley communities of the City of Los Angeles.

The East Valley HOP program offers access to affordable, fixed rate home loans and up to $75,000 in downpayment assistance from the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles.
