Eligible Areas 

The East Valley Homeownership Program serves the East San Fernando Valley areas of the City of Los Angeles which include Sylmar, Mission Hills, North Hills, Van Nuys (parts), Arleta, Panorama City, Pacoima and Sun Valley.  Specifically, all areas in Los Angeles City Council Districts 6 and 7 are served by this program.  You can verify if a particular address is located in Districts 6 or 7 by visiting www.LACity.org.  Please note that the City of San Fernando is not served by this program.

All of the green or blue areas in the map below are served by the East Valley HOP program.
