The first step is to schedule an individual counseling session. This one-hour meeting can be done in-person at our Panorama City office or online through a web meeting. Appointments at the Panorama City office are available on Tuesday and Thursdays from 4 PM to 8 PM.
During the individual counseling session we will review all of the available government programs, answer any questions you may have, review your income, debts and credit history and determine how much home you can purchase using these programs along with a breakdown of your monthly payment and the money you will need for a down payment. In most cases we are able to provide you with your loan approval certificate at the end of the meeting so that you can start searching for your home!
