East San Fernando Valley Home Ownership Programs


In addition to the East Valley HOP there are four other major government programs for first-time home buyers in the East San Fernando Valley:

  • Los Angeles City Low Income Purchase Assistance Program (LIPA)
  • Los Angeles Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
  • Los Angeles County HERO Program
  • Mortgage Credit Certificate Program (can be combined with East Valley HOP!)
